Curriculum

The Adventure ELL curriculum can be used in a pull-out program, an immersion class, or for general English language development instruction.

Using a variety of activities and teaching strategies allows Teachers to provide differentiated instruction and address a wide range of learning styles and student abilities. These include:

• Picture and word guides
• Student resource books
• Picture dictionaries

The Learn It English Language Learner curriculum includes:

• Active learning and linking prior knowledge
• Authentic and meaningful communication
• Cooperative learning groups
• Activating multiple learning modalities
• Emphasis on a positive learning environment
• Academic language is introduced, practiced, and woven into the curriculum
